Metal & Stone Creations crafts handmade jewelry in sterling silver and gold and uses natural stones. Crafted with high quality metals and using traditional metalsmithing techniques, each piece of jewelry is created as a one-of-a-kind piece, guaranteeing exclusivity and originality of design. The stones are hand picked and the designs are inspired by nature’s timeless beauty. Using colors and shapes to express a love for nature, their jewelry are created to embody the refined beauty found in nature.
Lisette Bez is the designer and owner of Metal & Stone Creations. Drawing from nature, symbolism, and art, her goal is to infuse these elements into each piece of jewelry. She offers custom designs and works closely with her clients to create something unique, repurposing existing jewelry or stones.
Her path as a metalsmith unfolded in 2015 while traveling in South America. Lisette first developed a hobby of creating jewelry, which soon led her to create her own business. Lisette spent every day over the course of a year in workshops in Quito, Ecuador where she learned traditional metalsmithing from Master Goldsmiths. Using basic tools and alloying pure silver and gold-molding and carving them into jewelry, she became versatile and adept as a jewelry designer and as an artist.
Lisette continues to build on her skills while remaining true to her origins as a traditional artisan. She enjoys traveling back to Ecuador, practicing in workshops in South America. She is currently selling her jewelry on her website, made locally in Falls Church, VA.
